• I have been coaching youth soccer for 20 years 
• I hold a  NASA Regional and Advanced Regional US soccer E license and Grass roots license.

Do you have any other hobbies/interests away from soccer?

I love to spend time with my wife of 25 years as well as my family. I enjoy riding my Harley and going to the beach. I enjoy helping other when I can.

Why did you choose to coach for Valley? What do you enjoy the most about coaching for our club?
I chose Valley because of the way the club makes it feel like a big family! The love and support given by the parents and players over the years. I enjoy coaching because of the freedom to coach!
 

Please highlight a favorite/memorable coaching moment you've had with the club.
My favorite memory is coaching ‘98 girls’ team for many years and watching them improve! They were and still are like daughters to me.  Many of them keep in touch with me.  If they see me out any where they will come say hello and catch up!

What is your coaching philosophy? How do you inspire your players to perform their best on and off the field? 
Hard work and commitment! Loyalty and character. Never stop working.  Stay positive!

Anything else you would like to highlight about our club?
Valley United has soccer for all! The club has worked very hard to grow. I have been coaching for Valley for a long time and I enjoy helping other teams succeed.  I also enjoy learning from other coaches.  I enjoy watching their coaching style and how they deal with different challenges that come up. I have helped with our tournaments, moving goals, and painting fields. I always look to see if anyone needs help and give them a hand.  Happy to be a small part of this club!
